We are hiring a Regional Marketing Lead to join a premier global travel and brand leader at their head office in Abu Dhabi. This is a significant opportunity to join a business currently executing a massive expansion plan to double its scale and triple its customer reach by 2030.

You will lead the marketing efforts for two of the most critical regions in the network, India and North America, ensuring global brand goals are translated into high-performing local campaigns.

As the Regional Marketing Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of full funnel marketing activity across your assigned territories. You will work at the intersection of brand and commerce, ensuring that every campaign drives demand and revenue while respecting local cultural nuances and market dynamics.

This is a high-visibility role requiring you to partner with global teams and external agencies to execute seamless marketing strategies that support major service launches and seasonal commercial peaks.

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in travel, hospitality or a similar complex consumer-facing sector
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-country marketing strategies
• Strong expertise across the full marketing mix, including digital and offline, and brand activation
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and performance metrics to optimize investment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced global environment
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural settings
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
