Responsibilities- Designing and executing an events Designing and executing an events and partnership plan to secure a new set of SEHA and/or facility partners.
- Full events planning and coordinating for both internal and external events/activities.
- Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Preparing budgets and ensure adherence.
- Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Analysing the event’s success and prepare reports.
- Researching opportunities and developing/executing strategies in line with SEHA’s marketing and communications objectives.
- Collaborating with the marketing and communication manager to ensure alignment on internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Managing a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships.
- Developing briefings, presentations, and customized collateral for prospective partners.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
- Negotiating and finalising deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Delivering a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
- Keeping a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offering new ways to grow the partnership.
- Tracking and reporting relationship‑management activities.
- Monitoring achievements against pre‑set goals.
- Developing and producing corporate partnership marketing and communications materials – development of copy and publication/distribution of corporate communications, campaign websites, social media and print materials, as required.
- Contributing to annual budget planning.
- Contributing to annual budget planning and tracking.
- Meeting preparation – organising meetings, agenda preparation, teleconferences and minute‑taking.
- Other specific responsibilities of the role – corresponding activities performed by the role.
Additional Requirements:
- Required:
- Proficiency in English language.
- MS Office and computer proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
Desired:
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously (multitask) and move them all towards resolution.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily a desk job with up to eight hours of office work involving extensive use of the computer and interdepartmental coordination.
