Industrial Scientific is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the organization, structure, and quality of marketing and sales data across EMEA.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, this role is focused on maintaining clean, reliable systems in Hub Spot and Salesforce, ensuring campaigns and leads are properly managed and aligned.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes.

• Maintain and organize data in Hub Spot (lists, contacts, campaign assets etc)
• Support campaign setup from an operational perspective (uploading lists, structuring data, basic checks)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing activities
• Work in Salesforce to:
  • Review and qualify inbound leads
  • Clean and update records (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistencies)
  • Support lead routing and proper data structure
  • Assist with campaign and lead tracking
• Ensure alignment and data consistency between Hub Spot and Salesforce

• Initial hands‑on experience with Hub Spot (internship, coursework, or projects)
• Familiarity with Salesforce (comfortable navigating and updating records)
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and data quality
• Ability to execute tasks independently once briefed

• Exposure to B2B marketing environments
• Basic understanding of lead management processes
• French language skills are a plus

• Practical experience with leading CRM and marketing platforms
• Exposure to real business processes across marketing and sales
• Understanding of how data supports pipeline and revenue
