ADNOC Distribution is seeking a Senior Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE to lead digital content strategy and influencer collaborations across corporate and retail brands including Oasis by ADNOC and related service offerings.

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with corporate brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with Brand and Design teams to produce multimedia content including videos, images, and infographics.
- Manage always‑on content production across Oasis by ADNOC, Car Care, Voyager, and other business units.
- Guide in‑house videography teams to produce social‑first video content and live coverage for digital platforms.
- Conceptualize and manage live content from events to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely publication.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
- Coordinate influencer content and measure performance using engagement and ROI metrics.
- Oversee daily social media monitoring and sentiment analysis.
- Manage escalation processes for customer queries and public feedback.
- Analyze audience behaviour and digital trends to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in social media content creation and influencer marketing.
- Experience with in corporate or agency environments preferred.
- Proven track record managing multi‑platform social media strategies.
- Strong analytical expertise using social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.
