• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with corporate brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with Brand and Design teams to produce multimedia content including videos, images, and infographics.
• Manage always‑on content production across Oasis by ADNOC, Car Care, Voyager, and other business units.
• Guide in‑house videography teams to produce social‑first video content and live coverage for digital platforms.
• Conceptualize and manage live content from events to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
• Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely publication.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
• Coordinate influencer content and measure performance using engagement and ROI metrics.
• Oversee daily social media monitoring and sentiment analysis.
• Manage escalation processes for customer queries and public feedback.
• Analyze audience behaviour and digital trends to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
