External Communications Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE leads the development and execution of strategic media and public relations initiatives to strengthen ADNOC Group's corporate image within the Oil & Energy industry. This role directs external communications, media relations, publications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent, positive representation of the company across local and international platforms.

- Develop and implement external communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
- Plan and oversee company external communications programmes, media campaigns, and public image initiatives.
- Coordinate with ADNOC Group entities, government agencies, and private organizations to produce informative materials highlighting corporate activities and achievements.
- Act as chief editor for company publications including newsletters, brochures, annual reports, advertisements, speeches, and digital content.
- Supervise production of printed and digital publications, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage social, community, and corporate social responsibility activities that enhance the company's reputation.
- Arrange speaking engagements and prepare executive communication materials for industry panels and conferences.
- Provide professional input on technical and financial aspects of contracts related to publication design and printing.
- Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to develop accurate and compelling communication content.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ADNOC codes of practice, and client asset integrity management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media management.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Experience managing external media relations and corporate publications within large organizations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Computer literate with experience in digital communication platforms and office applications.
