- Build, manage, and scale active online communities across social media platforms including Twitter/X, Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram, along with brand‑owned forums and hubs.
- Foster healthy community discussions, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and maintain a positive digital environment.
- Create and curate engaging digital content including social posts, articles, images, videos, and campaign messaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights; report on ROI and KPIs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and community retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, customer support, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and gather community insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience needs, and engagement opportunities.
- Organize and manage virtual events, contests, and ambassador programs to strengthen community interaction.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, online community management, or social media management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, and design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Basic understanding of SEO, HTML/CSS, and web analytics is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, user‑friendly content.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to improving engagement and campaign performance.
