Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote real estate projects and services.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, and property portals. - Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials: brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Manage company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain and update website content and online property listings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and providing marketing support.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
