You will work at the intersection of brand, digital, and stakeholder engagement, partnering closely with clinical, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver marketing initiatives that truly make a difference.
What You’ll Do- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate Pure Health’s brands and services
- Drive end-to-end campaigns across digital, content, media, events, and partnerships
- Shape brand storytelling and positioning to strengthen market leadership and patient engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service line launches, growth initiatives, and innovation programs
- Manage agency partners and creative development to deliver best‑in‑class marketing outputs
- Use insights, analytics, and market intelligence to continuously optimize performance and ROI
- Champion brand governance while ensuring compliance within a regulated healthcare environment
- 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- Strong expertise in brand management, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing
- A strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across complex organizations
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Arabic Reading and Writing
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC markets
- Exposure to multi‑brand or group‑level organizations
- A passion for purpose‑driven marketing that creates real societal impact
