Digital Marketing Manager – Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi
Join our Marketing team as the Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts for the hotel and its revenue streams. You will manage online content, social media, the company’s website, and web traffic, working closely with commercial, revenue, food & beverage, spa, and rooms teams.
Responsibilities- Enhance the hotel’s marketing and sales efforts via all e‑commerce opportunities.
- Increase digital marketing engagement to meet the KPIs set by the corporate and owners teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines on the website.
- Guard the hotel’s digital media platforms.
- Manage all social media strategies and executions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns while overseeing organic content creation.
- Propose and develop digital media campaigns for brand building and tactical offers to drive revenue.
- Execute 360° digital marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s revenue streams.
- Lead digital marketing execution with appointed agencies for performance and social media marketing.
- Coordinate direct marketing with business partners.
- Promote marketing channels including GDS and MO reservations.
- Conduct market research and evaluate online presence, including SEO, partner links, online promotions, and premium partner website updates.
- Monitor the hotel’s presence on travel portals such as Expedia, , and Trip Advisor, ensuring regular updates.
- Explore digital marketing opportunities through online partners like Expedia, , and Trip Advisor.
- Strategize and produce digital assets for performance marketing campaigns in line with brand and creative guidelines.
- Introduce e‑commerce related tools and platforms to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting and assistance with marketing plans to drive results.
- Work closely with the MOHG branding and digital team to execute projects in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and managing the annual marketing budget and expenses related to digital marketing and e‑commerce.
- Degree holder in Marketing, e‑Commerce Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in a similar capacity, preferably in luxury hospitality; resort experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate and compelling written and verbal style for diverse audiences.
- Creative and strategic skills to plan and execute digital content creation.
- Proven project‑management track record.
- Creative thinking with flair and imagination.
- Excellent analytical and strategic leadership skills to seize digital marketing opportunities.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to commercial team needs.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and commercial opportunities to drive total revenue management.
- Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English.
