Chain Reaction is an award‑winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of client social media programs. This role works closely with the Account Managers and acts as a daily liaison between the agency and assigned clients.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media execution, preferably within an agency.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media for governmental or public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels, analytics, and content formats.
  • Experience covering live events for social media, with the ability to capture, edit, and adapt content on the spot using tools such as Canva.
  • Excellent Arabic and English written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Manager in executing social media strategies across multiple clients.
  • Act as a day‑to‑day contact for clients regarding social media updates, deliverables, and coordination.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, Tik Tok, etc.). Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Provide live social media coverage for client events, including capturing, editing, and posting real‑time updates across platforms.
  • Monitor channel performance, trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
