Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies and tools.
  • Manage social media accounts, developing engaging content and interacting with followers to build a loyal online community.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally within e‑commerce, tech, or a startup, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to streamline campaigns.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in another language is a significant advantage for reaching diverse markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, able to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships across departments.
