Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Female)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and target audiences.
• Support the recruitment, interviewing, and training of nannies and domestic workers.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, sales performance, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Review and approve marketing plans and campaigns before implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placed nannies and domestic workers and coordinate with the back‑office team regarding available candidates and resources.
• Meet the assigned contract and sales targets set by the Marketing Supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of direct marketing and market research techniques.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Arabic and/or English language proficiency preferred.
