Marketing Sales Executive – F&B; QSR
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness specifically within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) landscape. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and revenue streams for F B outlets. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions, to achieve targeted ROI. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to inform strategic decision‑making and product development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and corporate partners, to foster collaboration and achieve mutual goals. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, menu designs, and promotional materials that resonate with the QSR target audience. Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional events, ensuring seamless integration with operational teams. Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market share, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product quality and service standards. Drive customer loyalty and engagement through effective CRM strategies and targeted customer outreach programs.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and data analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to overcome market challenges and identify new opportunities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages relevant to the target market is a plus.
- A passion for food and a keen eye for detail in branding and presentation.
