Digital Advertising & PPC Specialist role at Sophia Home, one of the leading furniture stores in the UAE, seeks a full‑time professional with proven record and at least 3–5 years of experience creating, managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Tik Tok and Snapchat with proven ROI, along with experience in search engine optimization. Candidates must have excellent understanding of SEO, targeting options, ad formats, performance metrics, audience analysis, campaign creation, bid optimization, and ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.

• Create and manage Google, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Tik Tok & Snapchat ad campaigns.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram shop and Google merchant account.
• Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, track and report performance along with analytics.
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop ad strategies based on company goals and target audience, set budgets and ensure best results.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends and understand ad policies of the platforms.
• Use Facebook Pixel and Google tag.
• Develop targeting and custom audiences.
• Write compelling ad copy.
• Use Google Analytics.
• Apply proven SEO knowledge.

Passion for digital advertising, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to achieve desired results. Proof of past success in helping companies improve ad performance.
