We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis for an initial 3‑month contract, with the strong potential for extension up to one year. This role sits at the heart of our community initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to help drive the seamless execution of high‑profile cultural, educational, and performance programs. Key Responsibilities- Programme & Event Support:
Assist in end‑to‑end preparation, coordination, and implementation of educational and community programmes. Support on‑site organization and flawless delivery of events, workshops, live performances, and related activities. Provide robust on‑site and logistical support during flagship cultural festivals and other institutional events as required. - Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with external partners, program participants, and community stakeholders. Actively support follow‑ups and relationship‑building with schools, universities, artists, and cultural institutions. Manage day‑to‑day scheduling, confirmations, RSVP tracking, and complex booking arrangements. - Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain, update, and organize departmental databases, participant trackers, and master contact lists. Assist with accurate data collection, media documentation, and comprehensive post‑event reporting. Contribute to preparation of detailed event debriefs, financial summaries, and impact metrics. - Outreach & Promotion:
Support marketing and promotion of upcoming educational initiatives, community programmes, and talent awards. Assist with participant onboarding and engagement across intensive workshops, masterclasses, and technical rehearsals. - General Support:
Undertake additional related operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager to support fluctuating team needs.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative operations, ideally within a cultural foundation, educational institution, non‑profit, or creative agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred due to the urgent, temporary nature of the contract.
