Content Manager

We're partnering with a well-established organisation in the professional development sector to recruit a Content & Design Manager who can lead the creation of engaging, high-quality learning and marketing content.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, exceptional content development skills, and experience managing end-to-end creative projects.

• Develop and manage high-quality digital and print content across multiple channels.
• Lead the design and production of marketing collateral, presentations, reports, learning materials, and branded assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Oversee content calendars, creative workflows, and external agencies or freelancers where required.
• Drive continuous improvement of content performance, user engagement, and brand presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in content creation, design, brand management, or creative marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both content writing and visual design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other modern design tools.
• Experience creating digital content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
