Social Media Marketing Specialist & Content Creator

We’relooking for a creative, and fast‑moving Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (Arabic Content) to own our brand's voice across social media and digital communication channels. The role covers responsibilities for producing engaging content, growing our online communities, and turning our brand story into scroll‑stopping moments that drive awareness, engagement, and leventually eads.

• Writing Content in Arabic language
• Content writing for product websites, landing pages, social media captions, video scripts, online ads, and email campaigns
• English fluency and communication skills (written and spoken)
• Write clear, on‑brand copy and captions tailored to each platform and audience.
• Develop messaging, headlines, and scripts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all written content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Organic social media calendar planning and execution
• Regular story creation and posting
• Coordinating with designers, videographers, and marketing tea to bring campaigns to life
• Keeping up with trends, content styles, and platform updates without sounding generic or copy‑paste
• knowledge about modern reels creation tools/software like Cap Cut and others
• Co‑plan, create, and produce original content (video, graphics, and reels) across Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot and mobile‑edit short‑form video content, both in‑studio and on location.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visually cohesive, high‑quality output.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, and translate them into fresh content ideas.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling and publishing posts across all channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on‑brand manner.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and use insights to refine the strategy.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and external creators where relevant.

• Experience in content creation and social media management, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative content and measurable social media growth.
• Hands‑on proficiency with video shooting and editing tools (like Cap Cut and Canva). Knowledge on Adobe Premier is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
• A self‑starter with a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and emerging trends.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local social media.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with paid social and basic graphic design.
