R/GA MENA seeks a Creative Lead to co-lead the creative vision across brand, product, experience, and communications. This leadership role partners with the MENA Lead to grow the studio, shape the creative culture, and deliver holistic brand experiences across disciplines—from pitches to product launches.
You will champion emerging technologies, define AI-enabled workflows, build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, and represent the agency at industry events.
