Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Media & Communication Manage
r to lead corporate communications, media relations, and employer branding initiatives for a leading engineering/EPC company in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the company's public image, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

• Develop and execute the corporate communications strategy aligned with business objective
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry publication
• Lead the creation of press releases, executive speeches, presentations, website content, and social media content,
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and recruitment teams
• Develop and manage crisis communication and reputation management strategies
• Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
• Coordinate media coverage for corporate events, project milestones, and industry conferences
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels
• Support senior leadership with executive communications, speeches, and public engagement materials

• 10-15 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Public Relations
• Experience with in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry is required.
• Strong track record in media engagement, executive communications, and corporate communications strategy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
