Social Media Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced ORM Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital communications, social media monitoring, and reputation management, with the ability to respond to online conversations in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online conversations, social media platforms, forums, and news outlets to identify brand mentions and emerging issues.
• Analyze public sentiment and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports.
• Escalate potential reputation risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Track trends, conversations, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain ORM dashboards and monitor key performance metrics.
• Support crisis communication efforts by providing real-time monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure all responses and communications align with the client's brand guidelines and communication policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, Digital Communications, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using social listening and monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
