Social Media Manager – Copywriting & Funnel Skills

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands not only social media but also the basics of copywriting, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused content. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping turn social media traffic into leads, customers, and community members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily social media accounts across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Write strong captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional copy.
- Understand basic copywriting principles and sales psychology.
- Understand basic marketing funnels, including awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Work with the marketing team to create content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Monitor engagement, reach, leads, and content performance.
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Engage with followers and manage online communities.
- Identify trends and develop content ideas suitable for different platforms.
- Test different hooks, formats, CTAs, and content angles to improve performance.
- Support campaigns, promotions, launches, and lead-generation activities.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and X.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and marketing funnels.
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, audience psychology, and conversion-focused content.
- Creative, proactive, and able to generate new content ideas.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and make improvements.
- Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in trading, finance, fintech, or online communities is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
