User Acquisition Lead

Hypemasters is a mobile games company running performance marketing at scale, backed by an internal AI layer that automates reporting, data pulls, and monitoring. That means less time on dashboards, more time on strategy.

We're hiring a senior UA leader to own user acquisition end-to-end: strategy, budget, creative direction, and app store presence. You'll operate autonomously and report directly to leadership with a weekly performance narrative. This is not a hands-on-managed role; you'll be given outcomes and context, and trusted to run the rest.

• Own UA strategy and budget allocation across paid channels, with full accountability for growth and efficiency targets
• Direct the creative team based on performance data to keep a healthy pipeline of fresh, effective creative
• Own ASO end-to-end: store metadata, visuals, experimentation, and alignment between organic and paid growth
• Use internal AI/data tooling to inform decisions, validate its output, catch what it misses, apply judgment it can't
• Deliver a weekly report to leadership covering results, key bets, and reasoning
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, data, and leadership to keep strategy aligned with business goals

• Proven track record owning significant paid marketing budget end-to-end, ideally in mobile gaming or app-based growth
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set direction, and not require task-level management
• Strong data judgment, able to question and validate automated reporting rather than accept it at face value
• Experience directing creative strategy and app store optimisation, not just running paid channels in isolation
• Excellent communication skills, able to split complex performance data into a clear executive narrative

• Experience working alongside AI-assisted or automated marketing tooling
• Background scaling UA in a lean or AI-augmented team structure

• Full ownership of a meaningful function with minimal oversight
• Modern, AI-augmented tooling that removes grunt work from the role
