Momentum is seeking a Head of Customer Proposition - Sports book in Abu Dhabi to shape the cohort strategy and drive engagement and lifetime value across sports betting products.
You will translate customer insights into propositions, design campaigns and oversee activation across product, marketing, CRM and lifecycle channels to maximise retention and monetisation, while complying with regulatory standards in the UAE. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strategic thinking.
