Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy and annual communications plan, aligned with the company s business objectives, culture and values.
Identify communication needs and objectives, and design appropriate tactics to meet them and ensure highest level of engagement across departments and relevant subsidiaries.
Draft and edit internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, speeches, campaigns, and others.
Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to align internal communication efforts with overall organizational strategies.
Prepare reports and summaries on communication activities, effectiveness, and engagement levels.
Lead the implementation of internal campaigns to support employee Culture and Engagement activities/plans and promote a positive organizational culture.
