Account Manager - Events & Exhibitions

We are looking for an experienced Event Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate event-related projects from initial brief to execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the events, advertising, or marketing industry
, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work effectively with targets and KPIs.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
  
  Work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and generate additional business.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Events, Advertising, or Marketing
  .
• Strong knowledge and experience in the UAE events/marketing industry.
• Proven experience managing clients and projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Target- and KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.
