We're currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our newest office in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) plays a lead role on their accounts, combining strong media relations and writing skills with day-to-day client counsel, project management and oversight of junior team members. SAEs are expected to develop a deep understanding of their clients' businesses and industries, proactively identify opportunities and help ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work and measurable results.

As emerging leaders and ambassadors of the firm, SAEs should mentor and inspire junior team members and peers while bringing a curious, adaptive and entrepreneurial spirit to their work. They are client-facing and active participants in brainstorms, strategic and creative planning, and internal initiatives.

We welcome candidates based in Dubai, provided they are able to commute to the Abu Dhabi office at least three days per week in accordance with our hybrid work policy.

• Guide the team to ensure overall maintenance of account infrastructure, including editorial calendars, media target lists, speaking and awards calendars, and other account materials
• Show a keen understanding of the media landscape most important to your clients' businesses and industries and how to reach those targets
• Demonstrate creative thinking when developing pitches for clients
• Oversee reporting and analysis of campaign results and package results for clients
• Maintain and continue to develop strong relationships with journalists who cover your clients' businesses and industries
• Create strong drafts of press releases and announcements, fact sheets, bylines, blog posts and other client materials
• Possess strong copy-editing and proofreading skills
• Demonstrate refined writing skills with an understanding of your target audience, using the appropriate tone and developing compelling narratives and storytelling
• Demonstrate expertise in your clients' businesses and industries and know your clients' competitors
• Serve as a day-to-day client liaison
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations for executing various campaign components
• Demonstrate the ability to spot project or cross-sell opportunities on accounts

• 3-5 years of relevant communications or public relations experience
• Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Strong media relations skills and established knowledge of the regional media landscape
• Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, client-ready work
