Internal Communication Specialist

A leading Abu Dhabi-based group of companies is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to support employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and drive effective communication across the business. The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, managing employee communication channels, supporting organizational initiatives, and ensuring employees remain informed, engaged, and connected.

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Create engaging content for employee communications across multiple channels.
• Draft announcements, newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, and employee updates.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to communicate strategic priorities.
• Assist with change management and transformation communications.
• Ensure consistency in internal messaging and employer brand.
• Coordinate internal events, town halls, and employee communication activities.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage internal communication calendars and content schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
