Specialist, Outreach Student Recruitment

To support the planning and delivery of outreach activities that increase awareness of academic programmes and develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective students, employers, alumni, and community partners across the UAE.

• Support the planning and execution of outreach campaigns, information sessions, webinars, roadshows, school visits, school fairs, school chain and regulator meetups, counsellor events, and parent engagement sessions.
• Build and maintain an outreach pipeline of prospective students, alumni, employers, and community partners across undergraduate, postgraduate, and international outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead management, tracking prospects from initial enquiry through enrolment and monitoring key recruitment metrics.
• Respond to programme enquiries and guide prospective students on programme suitability, admission requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Communications and Digital Marketing teams to develop and deliver bilingual Arabic and English outreach materials.
• Track, analyse, and report outreach KPIs, including reach, qualified leads, event attendance, and conversion into the admissions entrance examination pipeline.
• Support relationship building with schools, counsellors, community organisations, employers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach activities across different emirates as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach interactions and outcomes.

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 2 3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, student engagement, admissions, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education or professional training is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering outreach, engagement, recruitment campaigns, and related events.
• Proven ability to build and manage pipelines and support conversion against defined targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms such as Zoho or Hub Spot.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UAE to participate in education fairs, school visits, and other outreach events.
