We’re looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive ( Bilingual) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll be the trusted link between our clients and creative teams, turning business goals into digital and integrated campaigns that deliver results.
You’ll lead client conversations, shape strategic briefs, and oversee projects from the first idea through final delivery. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, brings clarity to complex briefs, and can spot opportunities to help clients grow. Experience: 5+ years in an agency or marketing firm
Your responsibilities- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
- Lead projects across planning, delivery, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and present digital, content, and social media strategies.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support new business proposals.
- Review campaign output to ensure it meets client objectives and deadlines.
- Guide junior team members and coordinate the wider account team.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital and social media within an agency or marketing firm.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in content strategy, social media, audience planning, and community management.
- Experience managing both consumer and B2B clients.
- Strong client management, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to write clear proposals and present ideas confidently.
Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
