Brand Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose

To support the coordination and execution Of Midea marketing activities across the UAE and our overseas markets.

The role Will act as a key coordination point for Marketing between Taqeef and Midea, working closely the Marketing Director and Marketing team, as well as Midea regional teams, to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up and effective execution of agreed marketing activities.

This is a hands-on coordination and execution role, suited to who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, markets and deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing Midea's annual marketing plan across the UAE and Overseas markets.
• Manage and maintain the annual marketing calendar for Midea.
• Adapt Midea global and regional campaigns for markets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate closely With Midea regional and global on campaigns, marketing assets, approvals, expenses and reporting.
• Develop and manage Midea marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, presentations, product Videos, digital content, POS materials and sales tools.
• Work closely with Product, Sales and technical teams to turn product features and technical advantages into clear, relevant and customer-focused marketing messages.
• Ensure overseas teams have the right brand assets, product campaign materials and guidelines to effectively market Midea in their respective markets.
• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, dealer events, customer activations and product launches.
• Monitor Midea's brand competitor activity and relevant marketing trends across different markets to identify new opportunities and initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing clear and regular reporting to management.
• Support the preparation and management of the annual marketing budget, monitoring actual spend against approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses, invoices, campaign reports and proof of execution.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, communication or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience. ideally across brand, product, or trade marketing.
• Experience with in HVAC, air-conditioning, consumer appliances, electronics or a distributor-led business would be a strong advantage.
• Experience working with international brands, regional distributors or multiple markets is preferred
