Social Media & Content Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Reporting To: Founders & Management
Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our online communities, and represent our brands professionally.
The role will work closely with Founders & Management and collaborate with our Digital and Performance Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and regularly update Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube and other social media channels
. - Act as a Brand Ambassador
, professionally representing the company across social media, videos, interviews, events, and other brand activities. - Plan, schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, videos and company updates.
- Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, interviews and short-form content
. - Write captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy.
- Manage and engage with social media pages, groups and online communities
. - Respond to comments, messages, mentions and relevant enquiries.
- Create content featuring Founders, Management, employees, services, company activities and events
. - Confidently appear on camera and conduct interviews when required.
- Cover company events, exhibitions and business activities through photos and videos.
- Follow social media trends and continuously bring fresh content ideas
. - Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Monitor organic reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design and other internal teams.
- 3+ years experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident and professional in front of the camera
. - Experience creating and editing Reels and short-form videos.
- Good photography, videography and basic video-editing skills.
- Experience with Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
. - Creative, proactive and able to generate content ideas independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
