Social Media Marketing Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry
.

The ideal candidate understands how to market properties, create engaging real estate content, generate qualified leads, and convert social media activity into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on role
. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, content creation, video shooting, and video editing
.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging daily content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In
• Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, agent videos, and other real estate content
• Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content
• Create content ideas and concepts for property listings, projects, and campaigns
• Develop social media campaigns for property listings, project launches, and brand awareness
• Generate qualified real estate leads through organic and paid social media campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, engagement, and campaign performance
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and ROI
• Coordinate with the sales team to support listings, launches, and lead-generation objectives
• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, social media trends, and competitor activity

• Proven social media marketing experience within the Real Estate Industry
• Previous experience working with a real estate company, brokerage, or property developer
• Strong experience in real estate lead generation through both organic and paid social media campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising across major social media platforms
• Ability to independently shoot, edit, and produce property videos, reels, walkthroughs, and short-form content
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and social media storytelling
• Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In
• Good knowledge of real estate market trends, buyer behavior, investor audiences, and property marketing
• Ability to create targeted campaigns for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics, lead quality, cost per lead, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and achieve measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to marketing
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, content schedules, and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Portfolio or examples of successful real estate social media campaigns, video content, and lead-generation results are highly preferred

Real estate industry experience is MANDATORY for this position.
