Marketing & Sales Executive

• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales ideas to increase revenue and customer acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Communicate and build professional relationships with companies organizations exhibitions events and potential partners
• Negotiate and coordinate business partnerships agreements and promotional collaborations
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets
• Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase bookings and sales
• Analyze sales and marketing data and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Monitor campaign results customer trends and sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute new ideas to improve existing marketing strategies and develop new marketing plans
• Work closely with the marketing and salon teams to implement marketing initiatives effectively
• Stay updated with market trends competitors and new marketing opportunities

Female candidate.

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the beauty, salon, hospitality, or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in dealing with companies, event organizers, and external partners. Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Good understanding of marketing strategies and customer acquisition. Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports for management.

Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good command of English;
Arabic is an advantage. Willing to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
