Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications

To lead the Marketing & Communications related duties and responsibilities for Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi reporting directly to the Area General Manager. Responsible for achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through promotional activities. Development of the marketing and advertising plans in accordance to the approved budget. Responsible for the coordination and management of the creative brand and media buying agencies for all the assigned hotels & resorts.

This includes the production of the propertys collateral sales material and all online and offline promotional material. Responsible for planning directing controlling co-ordination participating and evaluating in all promotions activities for food & beverage and other operational departments. To protect and manage the correct image and positioning of the individual resorts and brand by meeting corporate standards. To increase targeted market communication both domestic and international through effective and frequent use of database development of joint partnership agreements and maximizing the Anantara and individual resorts programs.

To drive and implement effective social media and online activities.

• College degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales
• Good communication and social skills
• Flexible and co-operative
• Good English skills
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
