Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and fully manage our marketing department and strengthen our brand presence across the specialty coffee and Food & Beverage industry.

Immediate Joiner & Arabic Speaker.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 10 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the specialty coffee, café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the specialty coffee and F&B market.
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute all marketing-related projects.
• Strong experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for new branch/store openings.
• Strong knowledge of advertising, branding, content creation, and customer engagement.
• Experience managing and updating the company website and online presence.
• Ability to develop and maintain the company profile, presentations, marketing materials, and brand identity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to fully manage and develop the Marketing Department.
• Excellent communication, organizational, creative, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage marketing agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and other external partners.
• Strong understanding of current market trends and competitor activities.
• UAE/GCC F&B marketing experience will be an advantage.

• Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Fully manage the Marketing Department and all marketing activities.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, campaigns, engagement, and growth.
• Plan and execute effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies for new products, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.
• Manage complete marketing activities for new branch and store openings.
• Manage and maintain the company website and digital presence.
• Develop and update the company profile and marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, influencers, media companies, and other marketing suppliers.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis for management.
• Conduct market and competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
• Work closely with management, operations, sales, and product-development teams to achieve business objectives.
• Introduce creative and innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
