Our client, a leading specialist in residency and citizenship-by-investment solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing strategy and drive high-quality client acquisition across multiple international markets.

Estimated Package: AED 20,000 - 30,000/month total cash package + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight Ticket + Visa

Work Location:

Dubai, UAE - Office based, Monday to Friday

Applicants should already be based in Dubai to be considered for this role.

• 8+ years' marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven success generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
• Experience targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
• Background in investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, financial services, or similar high-value sectors.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy.
• Drive lead generation, brand growth, and marketing ROI.
• Manage digital marketing, content, PR, events, partnerships, and social media.
• Align closely with sales teams to improve conversion and client acquisition.
• Ensure all marketing activities remain compliant and brand-consistent.
