Senior Marketing Executive

Support the execution of regional marketing activities across the Middle East, translating HQ brand and marketing direction into effective local-market action. The role works closely with distributors, dealers, customers and agencies to strengthen brand visibility, improve market execution and ensure consistent brand representation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regional Marketing Support:
  Support in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with corporate and regional objectives, covering

ATL, BTL, campaigns, promotions and market activations.

• Distributor & Dealer Coordination:
  Work closely with distributors and dealers to adapt HQ initiatives for local markets, follow up execution, and

improve brand presence across customer touchpoints.

• Marketing Materials:
  Develop and coordinate brochures, catalogues, sales tools, promotional leaflets, presentations, event materials, product

samples and corporate premiums while maintaining brand consistency.

• Agency & Supplier Management:
  Brief and coordinate creative, digital, media, production and event partners; manage timelines, deliverables

and output quality in line with HQ direction.

• Digital & Content Marketing:
  Coordinate regional website and social media updates with HQ, localise relevant content, support regional news

and event communication, and monitor online execution for improvement.

• Events & Brand Activation:
  Support dealer events, exhibitions, customer activities, product launches and regional activations, including branding,

content, photography, video and on-site marketing support where required.

• Brand Governance:
  Review local marketing executions and help distributors maintain consistent brand standards across channels, materials and

customer-facing environments.

• Other Duties:
  Support additional regional and HQ marketing assignments appropriate to the Senior Marketing Executive role.

MARKETING CAPABILITIES

• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, with practical experience in campaigns, promotions, events and content

execution.

• Able to translate HQ marketing direction into practical regional execution and develop tasteful, effective marketing collateral and presentations.
• Comfortable managing creative, digital, media, production and event agencies, including briefing, follow-up and

quality control.

• Hands-on, organised and able to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

COMMUNICATION & REGIONAL PROFILE

• Excellent written and spoken English;
  Arabic language capability is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of Middle Eastern business culture, particularly the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets.
• Existing automotive, distributor, dealer or business networks in the Middle East would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and presentation skills.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with regional teams and HQ.
• Comfortable working in a compact, hands-on marketing team with strong follow-up discipline.
• Flexible and willing to travel within the Middle East and internationally when required.
