Marketing Manager

Parker Premier Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in UAE real estate marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, promote property listings, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company's real estate business.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads to support property sales and business growth.
• Manage social media channels, content creation, and brand positioning.
• Promote property listings and off-plan projects through effective marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Identify emerging market trends and new marketing opportunities within the UAE real estate sector.

• Proven experience in UAE real estate marketing.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in real estate lead generation and property marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market trends.
  • Branding, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
