Project Manager - Event & Exhibition

Bilingual Event Manager English amp Arabic Minimum 5-6 years of event management experience preferably within the UAE or GCC Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is mandatory

Proven experience delivering events exhibitions conferences or brand activations Strong client servicing presentation negotiation and supplier management skills Ability to prepare project briefs scopes of work element lists and professionally packaged client proposals Experience managing budgets timelines resources vendors and multidisciplinary teams Ability to review English and Arabic project materials and manage client communication in both languages Experience coordinating venue requirements permits approvals and on-site operations Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and project coordination tools Bachelor s degree in Event Management Business Marketing or a related field preferred Willingness to travel and support setup rehearsals event operations and dismantling
