Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and strengthen Inflexion's market presence. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and social media campaigns, creating engaging content, organizing events, and building strong customer and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT/software industry, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment while supporting the company's business growth objectives.

• Create awareness and develop the marketing strategy for Inflexion Solutions & Services
• Propose Marketing Plan and Budgets
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, social marketing and campaigns.
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press and other media.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
• Write marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
• Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
• Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and Linked In) to enhance audience engagement.
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Source and secure sponsorship.
• Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

• Any Degree or Masters in - Business or Management, Sales or Marketing
• 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Similar Profile with Software or IT Industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• The ability to think strategically and Creativity.
• Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.

• You’ll usually be office-based, but will attend meetings with clients, partner organizations and suppliers, as well as a range of events and exhibitions. You may be expected to socialize with stakeholders and clients to build and develop relationships.
• The work is often challenging and fast-paced as you’ll need to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time and work with external suppliers and creative agencies.
