Our client, a newly established real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support its branding, digital marketing activities, and lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the brokerage.
- Manage social media, website development, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Oversee branding, company profiles, brochures, and property marketing materials.
- Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portal marketing.
- Generate leads through digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and campaign performance.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience with social media management, CRM, and property portals.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and a results-driven approach.
