Overview
The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and deliver core nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
- Follow safety, infection‑control, and ethical standards
- Support quality improvement and KPI goals
- Collaborate with the team and guide junior staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license (MOH / DHA / DOH)
- Current BLS certification
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional, accountable, and reliable
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
