Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized medical institution; online or distance learning degrees are strictly rejected.
• Strict requirement to hold an active and valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse License, or a fully verified DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 5 years of continuous, high-volume clinical experience actively managing crashing patients in an Intensive Care Unit.

• Take full clinical control of highly unstable patients, continuously monitoring complex life-support equipment and administering critical intravenous medications under extreme time constraints.
• Navigate strict hospital safety protocols, ensuring all patient vital signs and surgical notes are flawlessly logged into the Epic Systems Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate directly with specialist trauma surgeons and rapid response teams to execute life-saving interventions during severe medical emergencies.
