Responsibilities
- Administer laser treatments with precision ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols for various dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments prior to laser treatments evaluating skin type medical history and contraindications to tailor treatment plans effectively.
- Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care managing expectations and providing detailed instructions to optimize results and minimize complications.
- Monitor patients vital signs and skin responses during and immediately after laser procedures intervening promptly to address any adverse reactions.
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1‑2 years specifically in aesthetic or dermatological nursing.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
