About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nurse to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in both ICU and Emergency settings, ensuring compliance with DHA and MOH regulations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs in ICU and Emergency units
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Respond promptly to critical situations, performing life-saving procedures following ACLS and BLS protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medication administration, and post-discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits to enhance patient outcomes
- Valid DHA Licensed Nurse registration
- Valid MOH Licensed Nurse registration
- 2 to 8 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in ICU or Emergency departments
- Proficiency in ICU procedures and emergency care protocols
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under high-pressure and rapidly changing conditions
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Additional certification in Critical Care (CCRN) or Emergency Nursing (CEN)
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Fluency in Arabic or other regional languages
- Participation in professional nursing organizations
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or preceptorship experience
