We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Nurse to provide occupational healthcare services at a workplace site. The Industrial Nurse will be responsible for delivering immediate medical care, managing workplace injuries, conducting health assessments, and supporting employee wellness and safety programs in compliance with occupational health standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksite.
- Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Monitor employees' health conditions and provide appropriate medical support.
- Conduct health screenings, medical assessments, and fitness-to-work evaluations.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and basic treatments as per physician instructions.
- Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and patient documentation.
- Assist in managing workplace emergencies and coordinate with ambulance services when required.
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives and promote workplace wellness.
- Educate employees on health awareness, hygiene, safety practices, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with HSE teams and management to identify health risks and improve workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid UAE healthcare license (DOH/DHA/MOH) preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, occupational health, emergency, or clinic settings.
- Experience handling workplace injuries and emergency situations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.
- Experience in industrial clinics, construction sites, manufacturing facilities, oil & gas, or remote site healthcare.
- Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices.
- Emergency response and first aid management.
- Patient assessment and triage.
- Medical documentation and reporting.
- Employee health education.
- Team collaboration and communication.
