Nurse Supervisor

We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Nurse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff. This role requires strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Supervise and manage a team of nurses including recruitment training and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients
• Monitor patient progress and ensure that all treatments and medications are administered correctly
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling complex medical cases
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Identify areas for improvement in nursing practices and implement necessary changes
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss updates policies and procedures
• Handle any patient or staff complaints or concerns effectively

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered nurse with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Active nursing license in Abu Dhabi or willingness to obtain
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary for this position is 900$ per month
