We are seeking qualified Registered DOH Nurses to join a homecare facility in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a homecare setting while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and maintaining professional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare environment.
  • Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DOH License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
  • Candidates holding a DHA or MOH Eligibility Letter are also eligible to apply.
  • Valid nursing registration in the home country.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, with 2 days off.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in homecare nursing or community healthcare.
  • Knowledge of DOH healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple patients while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Adaptability to work in a homecare environment.
