Candidates aspiring to attend the interview must satisfy the following professional criteria:

  Qualification:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
• Licensing: Must possess a valid DOH nursing license or active DOH eligibility letter.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Availability: Candidates who are ready to join immediately will be given preference.
• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.

Applicants must possess hands‑on clinical nursing experience in caring for patients under the following categories:

• Bedbound and highly dependent patients
• Tracheostomy care and clinical management
• Enteral feeding management (PEG, PEJ, and NG tube care)
• Mechanical ventilation monitoring and management (ventilator‑dependent patients)
• Clinical work settings:
  Long‑Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, Critical Care Units, or similar specialized healthcare settings

The recruitment process will be conducted via direct walk‑in assessment:

• Document Verification: Verification of BSc Nursing degree, DOH license/eligibility, and clinical experience certificates.
• Technical & Clinical Interview: In‑person interaction evaluating hands‑on clinical knowledge in ICU, LTC, ventilator support, and patient care management.
• Offer & Onboarding: Final selection followed by immediate joining procedures for selected candidates.
