Eligibility CriteriaTo be eligible for the Registered Nurse position at Response Plus Medical, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory qualifications and clinical background criteria:
Professional License: Active DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) License is strictly required.
Clinical
Experience:
Recent 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Site Adaptability: Capability to operate at remote industrial setups, land clinics, barges, or offshore oil & gas rigs.
Selected nursing personnel will be assigned to support emergency and routine healthcare operations across two main operational sectors:
Job Location #1 (Onshore Clinics):Job Location #1 (Onshore Clinics): Land / Sea / Air Ambulatory Service & Onshore Clinics. This comprises locations or areas situated on land such as industrial clinics, rigs, and first aid points located in remote/far locations.
Job Location #2 (Offshore Clinics):Job Location #2 (Offshore Clinics): Land / Sea / Air Ambulatory Service or Offshore Clinics. This covers areas situated in a body of water such as oil & gas fields, barge platforms, offshore oil rig platforms, and islands.
Work Shift and Rotation ScheduleThe rotational work cycle for deployed nurses is structured as follows:
Onshore Rotation: 62 days' work followed by 28 days off at the site clinics.
Offshore Rotation: 62 days' work followed by 28 days off at the site clinics.
Selection ProcessThe recruitment process is straightforward and conducted remotely:
Profile Shortlisting: Screening of submitted CVs based on active DOH license verification and emergency/ICU clinical experience.
Interview Stage: Shortlisted healthcare professionals will be scheduled for a Virtual Interview with the clinical and HR evaluation panel.
